Governance

We operate under both the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act and the EU General Data Protection Regulation, and we build to the stricter of the two. On AI: Aura produces recommendations that a named human advisor reviews, the reasoning behind any recommendation is available to the person it concerns, and we publish one accuracy figure rather than whichever is most flattering.
